bekaar hotel.....please dont go there n waste ur money we booked 3rooms for one night but we can't even stay for 2 hours... so smelly ....there was sm construction work going on ..but they dont even tell us n book our rooms... we request for refund our money ..or even 50% but they dont even listen atleast we leave out money n cm back

The hotel room has a very old interior and room amenities are missing in the room like tv remote and sleeper

The staff was rude, unhelpful and very casual about their approach towards the customers. They had to be reminded multiple times for one thing, rooms were unclean

I paid around 4200 for one night but it wasn't at all worth The room was smelly and not ventilated

The front office / reception is a complete disaster, they lack basic etiquette and will try their best to fool you. I booked royal room they sent me to a normal room and after being in that room i questioned since the room wasn't as shown in the pictures they realized that they got caught and were making excuses. I went to reception again and the stupid guy there very casually said i didn't checked your booking! the hotel and owner is nice but the staff is a downgrade.

very co-operative staff, food was really nice. nice & cozy stay. just the water wasn’t hot in the shower.

Bed sheets and quilt covers were used / not replaced from last time. Had to get them changed. aircon wasn’t working properly, even after complaining, they couldn’t fix it properly. Won’t stay there again.

Very old rooms and gate locks are broken. Bed was also quite small size with very stiff mattress. Hot water facility was poor. There were no toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion. Air in the room was stinky. Parking was very small and i was forced to park my vehicle out side at my own risk. I will never stay again in this hotel

Room was not clean, floor, bed, bathroom were dirty. No tooth paste and slippers provided. Towels were not clean, called room service multiple times for things. Shower door was broken and smell badly. Never came back.
